En 2009, Elisabeth Bertrand et Franck Annamayer cr\u00e9ent Sonergia avec pour objectif la r\u00e9alisation de diagnostics \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques en milieu industriel, afin de pr\u00e9coniser la r\u00e9alisation de travaux g\u00e9n\u00e9rant des \u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le dispositif des Certificats d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie (CEE) est alors utilis\u00e9 comme un outil permettant \u00e0 ses clients de r\u00e9duire le temps de retour sur investissement des travaux pr\u00e9conis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Une nouvelle obligation a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e au 1er janvier 2016 et impose aux fournisseurs d\u2019\u00e9nergie d\u2019aider les m\u00e9nages en situation de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des travaux d\u2019\u00e9conomies d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n

Dans ce nouveau contexte, Sonergia capitalise sur son expertise et d\u00e9veloppe diff\u00e9rents canaux de production de CEE dits \u00ab pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00bb, notamment en nouant des partenariats privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s et de proximit\u00e9 avec les r\u00e9f\u00e9rents terrain de la lutte contre la pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (associations, bailleurs sociaux\u2026).<\/p>\n

Sonergia renforce sa politique RSE (Responsabilit\u00e9 Soci\u00e9tale des Entreprises), notamment via le Parcours Performant et Responsable en PACA.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Franck Annamayer devient pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association (jusqu\u2019en 2018). \u00c0 ce titre, il participe notamment au comit\u00e9 de pilotage du dispositif mis en place par le Minist\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n

Elle devient alors un acteur majeur du dispositif des CEE apportant des solutions sur mesure \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des acteurs et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires du dispositif.<\/p>\n<\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n\r\n
